The Glow must be applied according to the instructions, as a pre-wash treatment, for a minimum period of 12 weeks in order to see results. Results will vary, but our top tip is consistency and discipline.
To qualify for this money back guarantee, you must:
- Take a photo of your hair on the day that you begin using our oil, with a visible time stamp and date.
- Continue to use our oil as instructed for a minimum of 3 months.
- Once 3 full months of consistent use have passed, please take a subsequent photo of your hair ensuring the image is clear and from the same angle as your first photo. Again, this image must have a date and time stamp visible.
- Email those images to us and a member of our team will examine them. This can take around 5-7 working days.
If all evidence is approved, you will receive a full refund. We have the right to reject your application should the evidence be incomplete.
It is important to note that we cannot offer full refunds on cases involving irritation or reaction. As with all cosmetic products, we advise patch testing prior to use, and checking the full list of ingredients for any potential allergies.
